Yurianna Kimmons is a published academic scholar with a passion for teaching people how to use management concepts to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. She received her Ph.D. in Management from the University of Texas in Austin, McCombs School of Business, and was previously on the management faculty at Oklahoma State University, Spears School of Business.

在俄勒冈州立大学, Yurianna taught undergraduate and masters-level classes in organizational behavior and negotiations, for which she received several nominations for outstanding teaching awards such as the Greiner Excellence in 教学 Award and the Spears "Power of Personal" award. Yurianna's research expertise is on the topic of employee engagement, specifically employee voice (when employees speak up with constructive ideas in the workplace at their own discretion).

She also explores the topics of leadership and diversity in her research. Prior to pursuing her Ph.D., Yurianna worked for her alma mater, the University of Notre Dame. As an Assistant Director of University Relations, she worked with university leadership across 16 different schools and subject areas to help manage the stewardship program of over 600 of the university's most distinguished donors and stakeholders.

以前, she also worked as a Business Sales Planning Associate for General Mills, where she served as a retail category consultant for the national grocery chain Kroger in Cincinnati, 俄亥俄州. In her free time, Yurianna enjoys playing sand volleyball and baking sourdough bread for her family and friends.
